Joel Irwin Friedman If I may comment further on Ed’s work: it reminds me of some of Michaelangelo’s unfinished sculptures, which I saw in Florence or Rome, 50 years ago. But this is not a negative criticism! The way I look at it, much of M’s unfinished sculptures represent a new art form! This is quite ironic, I realize! Ed has simply given us a good example of that art form, which is not so new anymore! I confess to being an amateur when it comes to art criticism, but I think I’m on to something. So what is Ed’s view on this matter? |
